A mission to empower underprivileged children through education and healthcare in Delhi.
(Important: 80G Tax Exemption is applicable only on donations of ₹3,000 and above)
Sunshine Foundation is a premier non-profit organization and registered charitable trust (NGO) based in Delhi. Our foundation is built on the core values of empathy, transparency, and sustainable development. We believe that poverty should not be a barrier to a child's dreams, and every individual deserves a dignified life.
Our operations are primarily focused on the slum clusters and marginalized communities of Delhi, where we provide a holistic support system. This includes foundational literacy for children, primary healthcare for the elderly, and skill development for youth. Our registered headquarters is located at K11 Old Govindpura, Delhi 110051.
We are officially recognized by the Government of India under Section 12A and 80G of the Income Tax Act, which reflects our commitment to legal compliance and accountability. Every donation we receive is a sacred trust, and we ensure that it is utilized for maximum social impact.
The contributions received by Sunshine Foundation are systematically allocated to various social upliftment programs. We follow a strict audit process to ensure that funds are used effectively. Below is a detailed breakdown of our focus areas:
We provide free primary and secondary education support to children in slum areas. This includes the cost of tuition, school uniforms, textbooks, stationery, and digital learning tools. Our goal is to reduce the dropout rate among marginalized students.
We operate community kitchens that provide nutritious, balanced meals to families living below the poverty line. We also distribute dry ration kits to households facing acute food insecurity.
Sunshine Foundation organizes weekly mobile medical camps. We provide free doctor consultations, diagnostic tests, and essential medicines to those who cannot afford private healthcare. We also provide financial assistance for major surgeries in critical cases.
We empower women by providing vocational training in tailoring, handicrafts, and basic computer skills. This enables them to generate a steady income and support their families with dignity.
